EARNING SILLS + CO LOYALTY POINTS

We calculate the loyalty points you earn, on qualifying purchases, by giving you one loyalty point for every $1 NZD you spend. Loyalty points can only be earned on purchases of full price items (excluding gift cards) and will not accrue on the parts of purchase paid for using a Loyalty Voucher. Please note, loyalty points are valid for 12 months.

Customers with online store accounts are automatically enrolled in our loyalty program. If you don't have an account yet you can create one at the Checkout when you purchase.

REDEEMING SILLS + CO LOYALTY VOUCHERS
Loyalty Vouchers can be redeemed on all full-price purchases over $100NZD made at a Sills + Co store or online at www.sillsandco.com. Only one $75 Loyalty Voucher is redeemable per transaction. Loyalty Vouchers are non-transferrable. Loyalty Vouchers are valid for 12 months.

Sills + Co loyalty vouchers cannot be redeemed:
• For cash, gift cards, or credit notes. 
• On items already discounted from the original RRP
• On the purchase from which the points were generated
• On an order after the order has been placed
• In conjunction with any other offer

REDEEMING SILLS + CO BIRTHDAY VOUCHERS
Birthday vouchers can be redeemed on purchases of full-price Caroline Sills, Sills, and Sills + Co branded products made at a Sills + Co store or online at www.sillsandco.com. Each birthday voucher is only redeemable once. Birthday vouchers are valid for one month only.

Sills + Co birthday vouchers cannot be redeemed:
• More than once per customer
• On an order after the order has been placed
• In conjunction with any other offer

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Sills + Co Loyalty Vouchers may only be used on www.sillsandco.com or in Sills + Co stores and in conjunction with the purchase of products shipped and sold by Sills + Co.

Sills + Co reserves the right to modify or cancel vouchers at any time.

Sills + Co Loyalty Vouchers can only be redeemed once. If you return items purchased with a loyalty voucher, the voucher discount or value will be subtracted from the return credit.

The terms of Sills + Co Rewards may be varied from time to time at the absolute sole discretion of Sills + Co management. We will not provide any consideration for benefits gained or lost by these changes. We reserve the right to amend your account at any time without notice.

Please note: our loyalty program automatically generates emails and on occasion the points balance sent may out of date and incorrect. We are in no way obliged to honour a point balance indicated in automatically generated emails and reserve the right to deduct or add points.
